Monday – Friday - We process Orders up to 5.00 pm. If you require next working day delivery please place your order before 5 pm and select “Next Morning Delivery” during the checkout process.
Saturday Delivery - If you are ordering before 5.00 pm Friday then Saturday Delivery is available (additional charges apply), *Sometimes in extreme circumstances, Saturday delivery is not possible. We advise ordering before 4 pm on Thursday to avoid disappointment.
Deliveries can take place from 8 am to 6 pm, and Next Day delivery excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. If you have requested Pre Delivery Inspection or product that requires a memory upgrade your order could be delayed and Next Day Delivery means that your order will be despatched on a premium delivery service when your configuration has been completed.
Please inspect your items upon delivery and refuse any damaged goods. If you are unable to check, please sign for your goods as unchecked.

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. All you need to do is give us a call on +91 965 24716236 or drop an email at email@example.com within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivery. Return of products will be accepted only if the product is in good condition.
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
* If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded.
* If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please send the package back to us within 15 days at our address and you will get full refund.
